Oh man, I have bought some junk in my day but this one has to be right up there on the top of the pile!On my first use at trying to chip a spud, the leg broke off. Quick repair job later and I tried to clean it. Yeah, that's not easy at all. So I had a wee go at a carrot after that thinking that a spud was just too much. Nope, the carrot was a bad experience too. Thought to myself that sure this can not be right so started to play around with the blade setting again. Now this thing comes with no instruction booklet, they were on the outside of the badly battered box that it arrived in, from Mars it seems as it took almost 4 weeks to get here.Having made a complete hack job at my carrot, I gave it another bath to try and clean it out. I then tried an onion. Surely this thing could dice an onion? It did! Badly, but it did it! Tried again to wash out the mushed onion that had stuck to every crevice inside. Gave up and put it straight in the bin.If I could give this thing a 0 star review, I would.

After putting one vegetable through the feeder, I couldn't remove the safety pusher from the spout. I had to remove the entire spout, knock the pusher out and then refit to do the next vegetable. Frankly it's quicker to slice the vegetables with a knife and far less trouble. The vegetable catching box was also cracked and having complained I now have to return the item to CHINA!!! Then the Company will refund me. What do you think my chances of getting a refund are? My contract is with Amazon and it seems they are not bothered. DON'T BUY THIS ARTICLE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It’s great at cutting no problems. I bought this when I saw your picture cutting thicker potato chips. But when I tried, was disappointed that it wouldn’t cut thick chips. Went into your questions and it states it doesn’t cut thick potato chips. Why advertise in the photograph when it doesn’t

When it first arrived I had just been to the market and bought some fruit. After topping the strawberries I used the chopper with all blades set to dice the grapes and strawberries and a banana to make a delicious fruit salad in almost no time at all. Encouraged by this I then tried making some potato crisps. Again extremely easy. The biggest problem is that the cutting action is so quick that the food can easily be thrown past the collecting bin, so don't be too enthusiastic. Cleaning is a bit of a pain, but the supplied brush helps to clear the teeth and grooves quickly especially under running water.

I bought a Once for all chopper a couple of years ago and it is wonderful. I wanted another one, different colour. When this black one arrived it clearly wasn't a Once For All, a part was missing, general quality was poor. So I went on to the Once For All Web site where I saw only two colours (red and green). Ordered a green one. It has arrived and is obviously the genuine article. This black one may be cheaper but really isn't good enough to use and I have arranged return.
