Used this to replace a broken zipper on a pair of insulated coveralls. The only complaint is that the fabric part of the zipper is so tough it is difficult to sew. If you need a very tough zipper that will not break easily, this is a great on for you! I cannot imagine a scenario where I could break this zipper.

Item was a perfect replacement for the original nylon YKK zipper (which had lost several teeth) on my men's Land's End down parka. Works smoothly even though it has metal teeth. Expecting this new zipper to last a very long time. A wonderful upgrade to original zipper.

I replaced the original zipper on a leather jacket. Slightly challenging to stitch through the placket, but I had a leather needle in the machine and eventually did fine going slowly. The zipper is a bit stiff to operate. I'll see whether a little WD40 on a Qtip helps.

I used this in a heavy duty men's coveralls, and it worked perfect. Would buy again!
