The square tray is pretty straight forward to use and the size of your ice cube means it won't water down your gin like the small ones do.The sphere shaped tray leeks when you're filling it up and I've never managed to get a full sphere from it

Bought four of these for the special someone in my life who loves ice in everything. Well made, and going strong after dozens of uses.Plastic is solid, silicone is well formed, lids fit snugly.Only negative comment is that with lids on and stacked it can take a full day to freeze. Hardly the fault of the product.

It’s great to be able to have a large ice cube in a liquor, and these ones are great. Easy to fill and easy to get out!

not firm enough

The big square cubes are great, though filling the round "cubes" is very fiddly. Worth it in the end though - cold drinks with less dilution,

The cubes are great but the balls are a bit difficult to fill as the top and bottom don’t clip together but I do like the balls better.

Surprisingly (to me) there's more to an ice cube tray than being just an ice cube tray. Over the years we've had several, all of which have proved awkward to use, either where the filling's concerned or the freeing up of the ice cubes from their allocated slots. Some have even snapped or twisted out of shape.By contrast, this is perfectly designed and remarkably easy to use: filling is simple and straightforward, and as for fighting to get the darned cubes out of their slots, well, that never happens: just remove the filled, frozen tray from the freezer and leave it to stand for a couple of minutes on a kitchen worktop and then it takes no effort at all to thumb out the cubes into (as in our case) a small freezer bag which we keep in a box in a freezer drawer.No mess. No fuss. And no need to keep bending the tray or buckling it or damaging it in hope of getting at the ice cubes. Deservedly recommended: a great buy at a great price.

These are great because in the set you get the square and round options. Also, with the round ones you get a cute little funnel to help you fill them. The only thing I would say is make sure your glass is large enough! I foolishly tried to fit a very large square ice cube into a small tapered glass! I like putting one in my bedtime drink of water and it keeps cool all night.
