will these sandals work for wide feet?I usually find the toe strap is way to tight.

The shoe has three adjustable Velcro straps; one at the ball (toe?) of the foot, one at the ankle and one behind the heel of the foot. The strap at the ball of the foot appears to probably give an extra 1/2" to 1" adjustment and may accommodate an extra wide foot. In any case there appears to be lots of adjustment you can do. This sandal is probably the most comfortable one I ever wore.

Is walking in salt water at the beach bad for the leather on these sandals?

Isn’t salt water bad for all leather? I would stay away from salt water with my sandals.

Will a size 11 fit a narrow foot?

Probably. But, you may want to try a 10 or 101/2.
