After a year of discomfort with menopause! My doctor said my symptoms are not severe enough for prescription estrogen! I asked a pharmacist what can help and he recommended Estroven. Been using it for couple of years and it helps a great deal. For the moodiness I take B complex to help with this product. If I don’t take Estroven for few days the symptoms come back. May not be for all but it works great for me.

I recently turned 44 and peri menopause has hit me like a bus! I have terrible mood swings (I’m like the not so Incredible Hulk), sweating (like someone turns on a faucet under my clothes), sleepless nights for weeks on end, and just a general malaise. I feel like a stranger in my own body. I work in the restaurant industry and I deal with not only the prep for the entire restaurant I also do all the ordering and help in several other areas. So it’s a high stress and very HOT environment. At home there is a husband, 5 year old and a 15 year old. Between work and home I was feeling very overwhelmed. I felt like how a mid life crisis has been described to me. I was beginning to feel like all I did was sweat, cry, and yell. I knew that the people around me deserved better. I researched several OTC supplements to help with these symptoms. I liked the idea that Estroven might help with weight loss but I wanted something that would incorporate Ashwaganda into my regimen. So I ordered an Ashwaganda supplement from Happy, Healthy, Hippie. My first day I took the Estroven and Ash together. I had no hot flashes, no excessive sweating, no mood swings but I felt muted. People at work kept asking if I was okay bc I seemed like “something was wrong”. The next day I decided to only take the Estroven. I had no hot flashes, excessive sweating or mood swings but I took it in conjunction with my diet pill, AtraFen Elite (I only take one a day to help with appetite suppression) to see if it would add a little pep to my step. That day, I felt more like my old self. No one at work commented that I seemed off. By the third day of taking Estroven, I was ready for bed by 10pm with no problems falling asleep. I do however have several things to help me sleep at night. I keep melatonin, unisom, and ambien in my medicine cabinet. I don’t take a sleeping aid every night but I find that the week before my period is the most sleepless week I have each month. So I have these sleep aids just in case there’s a rough night. I also invested in a Lasko X Blower floor fan which is an amazing little fan. I highly recommend this supplement. I don’t know if there’s any one fix for us women going through this but this certainly has helped me. I’m only taking the Estroven and AtraFen on my work days right now. I keep the Ash handy though in case I get overwhelmed and need an extra helping hand. I also found that the Stess gummies from Olly help in extreme instances. Good luck ladies! I hope this helps!

It doesn't work right away but after couple a weeks I started feeling some menopause relief symptoms but for the weight management part it doesn't work for me, I eat my feelings.

I didn’t have high hopes for Estroven Weight Management for Menopause Relief to help my hot flashes, but it actually seemed to work from the get-go. It’s the main ingredient, black cohosh root, that seems to do the work according to my research. Black cohosh also can have a lot of negative side effects (to your liver, most concerningly). I was doing fine with this formulation of Estroven until about 2 weeks in, when I started having stomach pains. I thought it might be stress related so I tried to ignore it, but it persisted and got worse even after the stress subsided. I finally remembered all the reviews warning of gastric distress etc., and chose to stop taking the pills to see what happened - and all the intense pain went away completely. The last week of pills went in the garbage. It’s a shame, because I think that Estroven Weight Management for Menopause Relief actually cut down on the frequency of my hot flashes, from about a dozen or more during my waking hours, to maybe 2 or 3, but the stomach pain was insurmountable. Since it did seem to help, I decided to give the manufacturer another chance - I bought the Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom, that has NO black cohosh in it - the main ingredient is rhubarb. The description says “Provides Menopause Relief & Night Sweats & Hot Flash Relief,” but after 3 weeks I’m still not seeing much of a difference. Since this formulation isn’t having the negative side effects of the one with black cohosh, I’m going to try it for another month or so to see if there is a cumulative effect - I’m not ready to give up on trying to find relief.

Menopause has finally caught me at 50yr old. I started trying different products for the day ad night sweats with no prevail. So I went to my obgyn doctor. My doctor said to try this product. I tried the Estroven complete but I was still having alot of night sweating.Until I found this product. I've been taking it for a week and I feel much better, im able to sleep through the night. Im not getting up dress through out the night. I haven't notice weight lost yet, however im excited that I found something for now. The capsule is normal and there is no after taste once you take it. I definitely recommend

The black cohosh root extract is great for hot flashes. I tried it when I was constantly overheating from opiate treatment and when perimenopause hit I just increased my dose while starting estrogen cream.
