Won’t honour warranty
I got this product at the end of May for my toddler to use on our upcoming trip to visit her grandparents (road trip) and she absolutely loved it. But day one of the trip both the handles broke (one completely off, and the second handle wouldn’t be far behind). Despite this clearly being a manufacturer error (my other identical American Tourister suitcase didn’t have this problem) I have had radio silence from American Tourister about how to apply for a warranty claim. The one response I received asked me if I was sure I bought my suitcase in Canada and then again, I heard nothing after offering to show my receipt from Amazon Canada. I am fed up with how this company is acting and clearly the product is subpar considering both the handles broke the first use. Do NOT buy American Tourister luggage. The suitcase may be cute but it’s garbage if it breaks like this.

Disney fan: love this carry-on
I did so much research to get my carry-on for an upcoming trip. I was worried about the size because I read that it was 24" including wheels but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. It is actually 21" and maybe a little more including the wheels but def not 24".I tested the rolling, handle, and zippers and only had one zipper missing the tail but I'll just use a paperclip because I love it so much.It seems super expensive given its just a carry-on but the quality seems amazing.

Buena compra si te gusta el diseño
Las maletas llegaron en perfectas condiciones, son dos una de 24 x 20 y la otra de 20 x 18, el diseño es super bonito y se ven muy resistentes, es una buena compra si te gusta el diseño, la maleta pequeña no es muy funcional, pero sirve para repartir cosas, ambas cuentan como carry-on

I bought the carry on last year and loved it so much I bought the check in luggage.It does scratch very easy but it's so adorable. Love it!

This is adorable! Love it! I just got it today and it came earlier than the expected date! Much cheaper on Amazon as well! Iv been trying to get a good deal on it for a while. I I cant wait to take it with me when I travel ❤ Also side note, it is a lavender ish colour.. and it's absolutely lovely!
