I have had this product for 2 years and is really good camera . Unfortunately for me the power cable gave up , I emailed the support customer services and I can say that they are absolutely brilliant and a new cable is on its way to me cannot thank Sophie enough

Very easy to set up, although the instruction manual could have been printed in larger fonts. If you want to set up as a wireless IP camera, don't connect the Ethernet cable to your router during setup, otherwise it won't work. This should have been pointed out in the manual. Once set up, the picture quality is very sharp. It has a pair of flood lights built in, so when movement is detected in the dark, the flood lights will be switched on and the picture will appear in colour during that period. When it's off, the picture returns to black and white. The only negative point is the time lag between the picture display on the app and the real thing can be up to half a minute. This could be due to my wifi power (50MB/s). Once it's running smoothly, the real time response is acceptable.

We've bought two cameras from the same type and this is the second one. The cameras have a clear image during days and nights and intelligent motion sensor. The installation is simple. We haven't had any false notifications.Using the iCSee App we control both cameras the pan-tilt and zoom anytime and anywhere. It's, definitely, 355˚ pan, 110˚ tilt, and 4x digital zoom. Cloud function, also, works perfectly.There is two ways audio.These cameras allow us, in real time, viewing around the house, in the yard of 500m2.Both cameras work fine.Good value for money. Highly recommend this type of camera.

I have a number of cameras so know how to set them up quickly. As this camera was for outside in a spot that is difficult to access, I wanted to test it before installing to be sure every worked as it should. I downloaded the app and set up as required. I used a wired connection again to be sure there were no wifi issues. At first all seemed okay but then the camera kept disconnecting. I had to reboot it several times but after the 7th time over 4 hours I decided that it had proved itself unreliable and therefore not suitable to be installed high on the outside of the house win a difficult to reach spot. It was a shame as the picture quality seemed good, although I did not get to try the night vision. Such as shame as I now have to order another camera with all the same functions and hope that it is able to stay connected and does not drop out. Another camera I installed a year ago has, so far, never disconnected like this one did.

I wasn't expecting this camera to be as good as it is for the price. But thankfully I was wrong a great bit of kit at such a good price so I purchased another one.

Easy connection and good quality and amazing voice and vision quality excellent

Easy to put up but to set it up what a nightmare it took me over 4 hours to try and get it working only for about 24 hours but now has disconnected as cant get it to come on ive tried reseting but nothing :( gonna give it another go at a different day as it is stressful the instructions in the booklet aint much help,When it was working night time vision is good and motion detection is good but however when its raining and you have the motion detection on the camera it dont work gets stuck where u cant move it and again got disconnected and then come back on, plus when the camera was on you can hear the motor of the camera movingIts such a shame as it is a good camera but with the problems im having if i cant get it to connect i will have to send it back

I bought 2 at the end of April 20.I fitted 1 and stored 1.The fitted camera was pretty poor to be honest and has already failed. It will be returned. I replaced it with the stored 1 and it too is barely capable.The Wi-Fi quality is shockingly bad. So I connected via cable and the cable connection isn't much better; it's on a switch and all the other cameras on the same switch manage to communicate just fine but this camera fluctuates between 0kb/s to 488kb/s, mostly less than 33kb/s and not fast enough for HD video.The 'HD' camera is not very good quality in either SD or HD mode and the '4x zoom' just makes a poor picture even worse.The 'AI' confuses itself most of the time and I find a great many 'alert' videos are of the wall behind the camera.The poor network connection that these cameras are barely capable of makes controlling the camera an absolute pain and I have found myself leaving it 'near' to where I want it and hoping that if anything happened it would catch it.This kind of quality is neither what I wanted, expected or paid for.Don't even get me started on the rubbish YCC365 software, it's a clunky piece of rubbish.Busers be aware that cloud storage is a subscription service, although you can record and view from memory card.Save your money and buy elsewhere folks, these are not the cameras you are looking for.*****Further review*****The second camera worked poorly since I fitted it in July. It's only September and has failed outside of the return period. So Im stuck with this piece of crap.

I purchased this model/type camera in June 2020 and was extremely pleased with it and wrote a glowing feedback accordingly. The camera I purchased in 2020 was black in colour and I saw the same camera on Amazon only white in colour and virtually half the price. As I was so pleased with my first purchase, I purchased the white coloured, reduced price, camera. However, I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase as virtually everyday it will go off line and the wording ‘Uh.-oh Device Disconnected’ appearing on the screen as if it’s lost it’s wifi connection albeit my other devices are still functioning. Sometimes, after 24 hours or so, it’ll come back on line, other times I have to get the ladder out climb up to the camera and press the re-set button. I never experienced anything like this with my first camera. Maybe the suppliers can provide an answer. I’m very disappointed especially after how good my first camera was/is. - PS. To date, no response from the supplier which is quite disappointing I thought they took an interest in customers feed back. Come on supplier customers are interested in your view

Bought this camera. Great product for the price. User manual not great. Some good functions, night vision good, switch on and off the led lights good, intelligent tracking good. Took a bit of time to understand how to work the motion detection but got it working with a bit of common sense. Two way sound is a nice function. Please note:you need good quality home broadband with good WiFi. If not then it slows down the movement control on your phone or other device. Over all a well built piece of kit. Installation is what you would expect from installing an outdoor cctv camera. I would recommend it for low intensity crime areas or for just monitoring your home. I had to make a corner bracket as I wanted to cover both sides of my house. Again nice piece of kit for the price. The only thing for me is that I Would like to be able to operate it without any third party app as to have it more private.

It’s nice solid camera which quite affective also visible , so scares potential thieves in advance.Installation take bit longer than expected as needed to drill the wall and didn’t measured cable thickness right so had to use drill bit longer till got right size.Once power cable installed it can connect by wifi and if needed also has Ethernet cable which ideal for very reliable footage however need a thicker drilling on the wall.Live footage can be watched on mobile and can be rotate around to get best footage.It also has impressive night vision even quite far.On wifi connection it need to connect to 2.4ghz frequency as it does support only 2.4ghz .Have a look to my pictures to see real size of the camera and real thickness of the cable, hope this will be helpful to decide if item suitable for personal needs.

This was purchased to replace a similar looking Jennov unit ruined by shrubbery. This looks the same but has inferior water protection, the app is very poor at replay from the SD card, it does not even allow you to take a snapshot video from time A to time B so is impossible to use for police matters as for the camera snap, just one image overwritten by each capture! However if you go for the 3day cloud subscription you get it. Pahh the the SD card on the old unit could store 30days for free. This is all designed to force you towards a monthly cloud subscription making it extremely poor value. The only good thing about is the deterrence factor by having it on the wall and motion with floodlight at night. Setup and instructions were extremely poor, needed a lens just to read (duh its just a piece of paper, doombrains).

From the moment it arrived I had suspicions it would be problematic since the box was burst, and the packing of the items was terrible. Anyway fitted the camera, and then the fun begins, trying to connect the camera. I eventually managed to get it done. In order to do this you can ONLY use the app to manage the camera, or set up an account online. I however wished to use the existing software I have, this is not possible as you can not alter the port number or indeed even fin dout what port its using. I suspect its only through the website you can view remotely. Any other camera I have had I use a camera search tool, find the UID and then can add camera, alter the settings and then see and control it using my own app and pc software, this is NOT possible with this camera. I uninstalled it packaged it up, and Is now awaiting a return. Even that is a bother as it is UPS, so limited places in my area, and all are only Monday to Friday ....I also suspect it will leave you vulnerable to hackers ,

I now have 3 of these cameras and they are great they cover all my property and I have had to use them a few time to help catch someone breaking the law thankfully not on my property. They do everything it says on the box and I can control them from my phone and that make it all easier I would recommend them to anyone they are so easy to install as well
