PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO REMOVE THE FOUR SHIPPING BOLTS AT THE BACK OF THIS MACHINE. Or else the machine will vibrate violently and jump out of your house. Mine did. Sharing the lessons learned. Satisfied with the purchase.

So far - so very good. It's very quiet. In fact, the loudest noise coming out of it is the water when it's filling itself. The washing quality is excellent - two loads so far, no complaints. The gentlemen who complained about vibration probably did not read the manual and left the transport bolts in... The machine seems to calibrate itself at the beginning of every wash and even with bedding from a kingsize bed (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) and a heavy table cover thrown in it did not "jump all over the place".

This is our 2nd Samsung washing machine, we basically have changed the old one, after great 8 years of service. This model is silent and does the job, so we were pretty happy for the first months, unfortunately after 4 months it started to leak. after another 2 months I realized that rubber has a whole. We asked service to come as still there was warranty and to my surprise the service man said rubber part is not covered. I called customer service and they told me- without even checking with service man, that we misused washing machine and therefore it needs to be charged. this is of course complete nonsense as washing machine was used for normal clothing and there was no change of our habits in the last 8 years. It is manufacturing default but customer service didnt recognize it. also it is not right to learn that from service man post installation when the charge was nearly 30% of the new washing machine. so overall very disappointed with the washing machine as we wanted upgraded model but ended up with more problems if we just used the old one.

A machine so silent that I can’t hear it in the next room. It’s been a year I’ve used it and would say it’s a good machine with many presets and functions. Build quality is good and it he door opening is quite large.

If ai hadn't read about these in other reviews, I probably would have missed it. My husband installed the washer without reading the instructions, and it walked across the room on the 1st cycle. He messaged me at work thinking there's something wrong with it, and I remembered reading several reviews about needing to remove the bolts. He consulted the installation instructions (after he'd installed it...it's a washer for goodness sake!), and it does say to remove them. With this being as common an issue as it seems to be, an easy fix would be for the manufacturer to place bright colored warning stickers on the shipping carton and door of the washer. Anyone whose installed a washer in their life is unlikely to read the instruction manual...would save some headaches. With the transport bolts removed...it works like a dream, quiet, efficient, and good value.
