I've been using this cushion for about a month or two now, and, though I haven't tried other cushions, I'm not looking for another because this one is very comfortable and gives me relief from my discomfort! I like how the back has the V opening for your tailbone. My lower back has been causing me some issues but is much better actually with the cushion and I haven't noticed the pain since I started using this. It has a nice strap that goes around your chair so the cushion doesn't move when you get up or sit down. Keep in mind that it will raise you up about two inches. I also will mention that the cushion goes from the back to the front of my normal desk chair. It's nice and long through the length of the chair....and my cats like it too, which is also important!

Bought this for my husband since he's been working long hours at home in our probably time to be replaced office chair. He was using two pillows previously since the chair pad was so worn out and they obviously weren't working well so decided to get him one of these to see if it helped. It's been 2 months so far and the memory foam is keeping up great (even when he's working 12 hours and barely gets up) and he hasn't been complaining as much about back pain. For when I use his chair I love how squishy and comfortable it is and it doesn't give that -numb- feeling some pads can give. I love the length of it and it fits ALL of the chair, not just a part of it. It also has a stretchy adjustable clip so you're able to secure it to the chair with no issues with it slipping off. If I need to buy another chair pad, I'm definitely going to get another one of these.

This is very comfortable for the most part but it has taken a little getting used to because although my butt fits pretty well my thighs don't go together enough to comfortably stay on. This is a bit to narrow to fill my full chair the way the picture in the add shows and the ridge/edge of the cushion where my thighs go over the side was a bit uncomfortable. I got accustomed to it after the second day so I'll keep it for what comfort it does provide. If there was a wider option for it I'd elect for an exchange though. If you're a relatively smaller person and your legs sit together tightly then this will be very comfortable if you're like me and a little on the bigger size and your thighs don't come together tightly when you sit down you may want to select something else. All-in-all I'll keep it.

I like that it fits my long chair seat, but I have to use the cushion without the cover, which is made with itchy, uncomfortable material

I’m a short female (5’1”) and weigh 140 lbs and haven’t had issues. I wasn’t actually having back pains or needed extra support so can’t speak towards that, but the added padding is comfortable and feels large enough where I can comfortably sit cross legged on the cushion while on the computer chair. The original chair cushion was wearing out so this helps extend the chair’s life a little longer.I’ve had the cushion for several months and it’s still its original shape and doesn’t appear to have worn too much. Seems like it will last a long time.

A friend gave me a very nice office chair he no longer needed. Only problem was the butt cushion was a getting a bit flat and hard. The chair also did not adjust high enough to my liking. Another 2 inches would be perfect. This Anzhixiu cushion solved all of these problems. Great padding. An extra 2" of height. The chairs seat measured 23" X 19.5" so I needed to make sure it would fit well. It did. I must of looked at 20 different cushions before deciding on this one. Good choice. No complaints. Highly recommended.

I had more back pain (degenerative disc disease) after I sat on this thing than without it. No lumbar support. I am 6'4 and the supposed extended thigh support is non-existent. It was so hard; it was cutting off the circulation in the back of my legs. This is best used for exactly what it looks like - a home plate umpire's chest protector.

I love these cushions in my car. I have a sporty Mazda 6 that I drive on long trips. The stiff seats have been giving me hip and back pain, but these cushions solved the discomfort of long trips! Just returned from a 1000+ mile trip using these, and I didn't realize a simple cushion could result in such relief--I was ready to trade my car in just because of the seat discomfort! They fit the seats, the foam does not flatten out, and the cushions don't move around. I'll buy again if needed!
