Absolutely loved this product for our newly remodeled shower. The square sleek design for handheld, the beautiful rain shower above and the waterfall faucet adds to the look of our luxury new bathroom. Everything was super easy to install. Had to contact customer service once and they were super fast with response. Would definitely buy again.

This shower system is excellent and definitely high end. Great pressure, and the material is not cheap stainless steelYou will get water marks on the down spout because of its size but it's very easy to clean.

I ordered a beautiful faucet tub shower set. Noticed a small plastic threaded ring was missing. I emailed the company, and they replied back to me on the same day, amazing!

Looks great however, limescale is a real issue.

I purchased this unit in 2023 during my bathroom remodel. The price was good and it complimented my bathroom well. Early this year (2025) I noticed a leak in ceiling downstairs just beneath my bathroom. My handy guy came and said it was from the shower head unit. I immediately contacted customer service and they offered assistance with troubleshooting. They had me send a video of what we assumed was the problem. I did and they offered suggestions on how to fix it. Mind you, all responses were within hours, never exceeding one day. My handy guy assumed I needed a replacement valve. Customer services didn’t think that was the issue, suggesting we tighten something up but my guy requested a new valve. So we ordered it. Had to pay $45 for the unit + $20 shipping. The valve arrived in reasonably time considering it was out of the country. Once we got it, my handy guy realized we didn’t need it after all. He did what was recommended initially and the unit is working fine. I did appreciate customer service’s assistance with troubleshooting, their quick reply, and follow-up. The product is great.

As my bathroom was taking place from a complete renovation, I could not visualize the water connection on the ruff-in. I called customer service to verify the thickness of my tile and then set to get a more accurate setting. I was told they can accommodate any distance to adjust the depth. I stopped worrying until I finished.I once again contacted customer service by attaching the old email. After getting generic answers I then spoke to a customer service rep. I was very confused almost like I was talking to a whole different company. I was speaking clear English that I needed the threads 3/8 to 1/2” longer. Now it became one excuse after another till I finally got an email saying, “we can make this but it’s going to be $60 plus $40 shipping and could take six weeks.!I had just bought a brass extension but it was almost a half inch too long. Knowing the guy was just blowing smoke up my *>%#, and I knew if I wanted this done now I had to do what I didn’t want to and that was cut off 7/16 of an inch of the thread. I was very careful and make sure I didn’t mess up the threads.Bam! Done, deal and fit perfect with no leaks!This is why I’ve been known as MacGyver! (an 80s gadget guys show)The day before I wrote this review, I must’ve wasted two hours texting back-and-forth to the customer service person that was back-and-forth assumably with higher up technicians. Or that was at least what he was insinuating from time to time as he put me on hold.When they tell you, not to worry, it’s time to start worrying! I do blame some of it on my plumber that set the ruffin originally back 2 1/2” on the spout and 1” on the other 2 and that was back from the studs! I fired him!

Nice product. Great customer service!

Everything works great and is beautiful except for the shower attachment. The part is crooked as you can see in the picture. The attachment piece is obviously shaped wrong. Would like a replacement of this part.
