What is the least amount of pages these work with?

I've done them with between 5-10 and it worked fine.

Could I bind more than 200 pages with this cover?

I was not satisfied with the covers ordered from Amazon. They adhered to each other rendering the covers unusable. I have thus ordered my covers from another site. The 240 capacity should work for 200 sheets.
