Best soba !!
This is the best tasting soba noodles ! I look for the great soba for hot noodle soup , and have had a hard time finding good one. I love soba in Japan and lookForward to eating there. Great Soba restaurants are everywhere in Japan, and I miss them. This one is a great replacement!

Easy and tasty
You just need to boil with pan. It's good with sea weed and wasabi or green onion.

Great Japanese soba!
I was surprised that this soba has amazing texture. Of course, as cold Zaru-soba is chewy and delicious, but even if I eat it with warm soup, it is very chewy because it is made with mochi(waxy) barley.

Authentic soba
蕎麦はざるそば派ですが、これは温かくても美味しい!Its delicious either hot or cold! You can’t go wrong. Please make soba soup ( hot & cold) as well! I’ll buy this again!!!

I love Mochimugi barley.
It is rare to find Mochimugi barley used in soba noodles,but it is very tasty. It can be eaten cold or hot, both are delicious.

Delicious and easy to make
I followed the instructions to boil for 4 mins and rinse with cold water. It came out perfect. I found a recipe on google and added veggies to it. These noodles were great
