The Very Best of the Stylistics

I loved this ear music and they were definitely a part of it. You can understand the words and there are no bad words.

Lately I've been listening to an Earth, Wind and Fire Pandora Station. I wanted to explore the Sylistics because they sounded great. I cannot believe how beautiful their music is.

It is what it says it is and if you like the Stylistics or this genre it is a good buy.

These guys had some great hits back in the day and it's all here. About 10 of the 20 songs were familiar hits and the rest filler. CD was in good shape but the case was broken.

Good band The Stylistics, and this album has pretty much everything you'd want on a 'Greatest Hits'. Despite the songs hitting 50 years they still sound fresh and I'll be playing this in the car for a long time yet.

'Can't Give You Anything' ('But My Love') is a nice song with nice beats and nice vocals by the group; good song to dance to; 'Can't Help Falling In Love' is a cover song of singer Elvis Presley and The Stylistics' version is good with good beats and good vocals; good song to dance to; 'You'll Never Get To Heaven' ('If You Break My Heart') is a cover song of singer Dionne Warwick and The Stylistics' version is very nice; nice melody and nice vocals; 'I'm Stone In Love With You' is a beautiful song with a lovely melody and very nice vocals by the group; 'You Make Me Feel Brand New' is another beautiful love song with a beautiful melody and very nice vocals by the group; 'Betcha By Golly, Wow' is a lovely song with a nice melody and nice vocals (the late singer Phyllis Hyman covered the song and her version is also very nice); 'You Are Everything' is another lovely song with a lovely melody and nice vocals by the group; 'Let's Put It All Together' is a nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals; 'Stop, Look, Listen' ('To Your Heart') is another nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals by the group (singers Diana Ross and Marvin Gaye covered this song as a duet); 'Break Up To Make Up' is a nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals by the group; 'Peek-A-Boo' is another nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals; 'Rockin' Roll Baby' is a good song with good beats and good vocals; 'Star On A TV Show' is a nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals; 'Sing Baby Sing' is yet another nice song with nice beats and nice vocals; 'Thank You Baby' is a nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals; 'Sixteen Bars' is a very nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals; 'You're A Big Girl Now' is a good song with a nice beat and nice vocals; 'Na Na Is The Saddest Word' is a nice song with a nice melody and nice vocals; 'People Make The World Go Round' is a sad song about the 'Civil Rights Era' with a very haunting melody and very nice vocals by the group (singer Michael Jackson covered the song); 'Funky Weekend' is a good song with a good beat and good vocals by the group. Great songs by a great R&B group and the gentlemen had great vocal harmonies!
