Gilchrist & Soames Body (Guild+Pepper Collection Body Lotion, 9oz)

Guild & Pepper Warm Oak series is the absolute best of the best! I can't explain how good it smells, but more than that, how good it makes you feel. From the shampoo to the body wash to the lotion, it is all so amazing. My hair has never felt better; my skin is so soft; I smell so good that everyone asks me, "what are you wearing?" Or, "is that your laundry detergent?" I tell anyone who will listen that Guild & Pepper is amazing.

Way out in the California desert (past Joshua Tree) is Pioneertown, an old west town that was built and used as a film set in the 1950's. G&P is the featured men's body lotion in the John Wayne room. I truly believe that John Wayne would have approved and used this lotion/cologne combination if he were alive today. It smells like no other men's lotion that I have ever used. Men and women BOTH love the smell. Is kind of woodsy, like the very gentle smell of sage or mesquite. A bit pricy, but worth every penny. One bottle lasts forever.

Unique and great aroma. I first encountered Guild and Pepper as an obscure hotel in the Eastern Sierras and was taken aback by the complex, warm and interesting aroma of “Warm Oak”. I dig the smell and some of my female friends have commented on it quite positively as well. Highly recommended. I’ll never buy that knuckle-dragger Axe product line again!

I can’t say for sure but is very different than the original one I have been using..

I got a travel size of this at an Air BnB and loved the scent. When I ordered the larger bottle I noticed that the lotion is very thin and feels greasy on my skin. I'll still use it since I already paid for it, but I prefer thicker lotions that absorb better.If you like thinner lotions then you'll love it. It just isn't my preference.
