Not really sure what this does.
I gave them 3 stars for I don`t know anything about the company and I`m not going to write a negative about them, but anymore we buy everything from China and who knows what they are putting in our products, but the reason I gave this product 3 stars is,the scientific research did says it`s not good to take internally and it`s not good to put on your skin. I was listening to a Dr. (won`t say who it is),this person said they take it every day and has had a lot of good health. Not really knowing this Dr., I followed this person blindly and I thought that I`d take it for a health condition I have, but after reading the scientific researchers, I got scared. I will NEVER say don`t EVER use it, you use it at your own risk, for me, I won`t use it. I`m scared to take it. I dumped it out. Not really sure what this does.
