Lovely book - a treat for Christmas

I enjoyed this book. Though slow to get into.

Didn’t want it to end. The reality of every aspect of life here and such wisdom.

nice to be able to source out-of print books for my mother. This one is a bit of a weird read but fine if you like the genre.

I have always been an Elizabeth Goudge fan and this book is one of her best. Her book looks in to the dynamics of humans living out their lives and trying to find meaning in the universe. Ms. Goudge always helps us see the beauty of the world and a spiritual relationship with it and GOD as the solutions to the aches and pains...physical and emotional...of life.
