I love love this product. It dose not taste the best but I do feel the impact and improvement on my body. I use this product along with other kaged products and the workouts and my recovery time is fast and perfect definitely recommend.

The product seems fine in terms of helping with soreness and joint health, but it does have a strong aftertaste. It’s a little like tasting baking soda or iron on the sides of your tongue. Putting it in a smoothie or with a protein powder helps, but be aware when buying that it isn’t ‘flavorless’ and I definitely don’t recommend drinking with water or other flavored drinks!
