Daughter loves this book

Gorgeous illustrations--each page could hang on the wall as fine art. I adore this book. So does my preschooler.

Me and my 18 month old love this. She examines the (beautiful) illustrations closely - they have an interesting perspective. This is a picture story with a lot of feeling and excitement but very simple repetitive words, one to look at and read with a young child and talk about. And its always such a relief to have stories with non-white characters that are just in their own story doing their thing. Is it published in the UK yet?

I bought this used and it’s in absolute EXCELLENT CONDITION. Looks brand new. Thank you! I have read the “Please Baby Baby Please” book and wanted a copy of this one.

Another great book by Spike Lee. I bought this and Please baby please at my daughters request for my grand-daughter who loves them both. Absolutely beautiful illustrations and short snappy story lines. My grand- daughter is 17 months old and the drawings and repetitive story lines keep her engaged, nice humour too. A very favourite book both during the day and before bed. Do buy this book for your child.
