It's March, and it's windy, and my gal pal and I have been spending time outside here in Arizona while the weather's nice, and I brought up kites. She said "ooh". My first inclination was to go to the big blue store and get a kite and string and call it a day. Their selection stunk. So I came here and landed on these. At 20 dollars and change for three, I thought I was going to get three plastic disposable kites that I toss after flying, not so. These are rip stop parachute material, with skinny rods, like fishing pole material, that go together much like tent stakes. You pull it out of a fairly small package and it just keeps unraveling until you are standing there with this huge 5 foot wingspan kite. I tried to take a picture but it was too big and awkward, like me. The quality of these kites far surpasses any I had in my childhood, of course I go all the way back to balsa wood, crepe paper, and a tube of glue, with 24 hour dry time and having to be careful not to break it before you get to the park. I'm very excited about this purchase, and can't wait till Saturday! Why do you buy three? One for you and your friend... Yhen, inevitably, a curious child comes snooping around, and hangs out watching you fly your kite and asking questions and marveling at the experience. That third kite is for them.

Simple to assemble and stable; the kids had no problem managing them in an average wind current. LONG strings with a comfortable, easy to hold and manipulate holder. Vibrant colors and good wing span.

These kites like to fly high in the sky! We let out the entire length of string. Easy to assemble. Ready in minutes. Lots of fun for friends of all ages.

Easy to put together, works good! The only thing why I took a star off is one of the sticks shredded a little bit when I was connecting it and now I feel like there’s fiberglass on me. I couldn’t see what the material was made out of based off of the listing from Amazon, but just wanted to put a little warning that the sticks might be made from fiberglass.

I purchased the set of 3 kites for my kiddos for memorial day weekend to use by our local beach. Assembly was very easy. The size and quality of the kites exceeded my expectation. The colors are bright and stand out in the sky. The kids absolutely loved flying there kites, they spent hours flying the kites it kept them so entertained and intrigued. These are such a bargain price wise, for an amazing product. In the past I have purchased kids kites that have never worked out for us . My only con is that you have to disassemble the kite by removing the plastic sticks/boning from the kite and to fold it back up into its bag. Not a big deal as assembly is easy, but I wish there was a way to not have to remove all of the pieces and take it apart again. Most definitely worth every penny, not only did the kids love it but so did the entire family. Highly recommend these.

If I could give this zero stars I would. All 3 kites just spin and dive into the ground. VERY unbalanced. No matter what you do, they just will not fly. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was looking for something for my 5 year old for kite day… it did not work well for him. First of all it’s about his height and was just way too big for him to handle. It is a nice kite though, just not child friendly like I assumed it was based on the description

Por el predio que pagas te llevas tres, cuento un anécdota breve, mi hija y yo lo volamos, subió alto en playa y lo amarramos a un tronco, lo dejamos volando, pero al acercarse el medio día bajo el viento y callo en el mar, no nos dimos cuenta pero estaba amarrado y jalando el cordón (que no se rompió ni nada) pudimos sacar el papalote. A mí me sorprendió mucho que no le pasará nada, la fuerza que resistió las barras y las costuras me dió mucha satisfacción volverlo a volar después de que callo al mar. Estoy satisfecho con mis papalotes. Guarde un recuerdo muy especial con mi hija al volarlo en playa. (Nautla Veracruz)

Exactly as shown. Each kite comes in its own bag with a velcro closure. Nice quality bag to store the kite in afterwards. Grandbabies loved watching them fly, they are to young to fly themselves. Definitely ordering more for family members!!!
