These candles arrived just fine. They are a little smaller in size than I had hoped for but thats OK, they fit where I want to use them. Easy to light, they burn smooth and slow but I dont think I am getting the 11 hours estimated time from them as the description gives. After I burned my first batch of three down I did notice that they do leak wax.. not a lot but be aware. You may not want to use them without something to protect your expensive tablecloth. On my patio? I dont care.They do seem to help in preventing bugs but I dont have that big a problem with bugs this season anyway, and I also use some other countermeasures as well. I can sit outside and not a single mosquito will be seen.They do provide nice soft lighting and do not produce too strong a scent. Like Goldilocks said, they are "just right".

Candles worked great but used them for a few hours at a party and by the time we were cleaning up I noticed every candle leaked out of the bottom. Maybe not for long term use

I purchased these candles for an office picnic. They last a long time. They get very, very hot. I recommend letting them cool all the way down after using them. I think they work better in a small area. If you have a big ares you might want to invest in the bigger ones. However, these did create a nice ambience for the picnic.

There isn't a strong scent from these candles. It's extremely mild to the point where you aren't sure you can even smell it. The candle wax leaks through the tin buckets. So a 1/4 of the wax will end up on whatever surface you have the tin on. Not something I would buy again. On another note for the few hours it was lit the mosquitoes were non existent.

Moderately effective as a mosquito repellent. Problem is the wax oozes out of the bottom when the candle gets low so longevity is poor. Wont buy again.

It is always difficult to judge if pest repellents work. The weather, recent rains, time of year, and so many other variables contribute. But these seem to work.Pros:Don't stink too muchSeems to workGood for 3-4 usesCons:Very small

These citronella candles were perfect. I needed something smaller for my front porch. I put these on my patio table and it helps with the mosquitoes. It also gives a little light instead of having the bright front porch light on. I definitely recommend.

They all leak wax from the bottom. I only had a couple lit for about an hour.. one on a table outside and one near my grill, and they both left a ring of wax that leaked from the bottom, damaging the table surface
