This.....laptop.....is......so.......slow......
It certainly is cheap. It has a decent screen. The case looks sleek. But it takes forever to boot and the tracking pad has the sensitivity of a gloved hand reading Braille. It is a chore to run Word. I knew going in the processor was not the fastest and didn't need it to do much, but I needed a haircut before I could open Word.I have an update. The keyboard will not enter letters, only numbers, upon start-up, which means I have to circumvent the login. I would give it to Goodwill but I wouldn't inflict this on anyone else. Do yourself a favor. I this pops up in your Amazon list scroll on by.

Pretty good for a sub $200 PC, Trackpad could be better
For less than $200, you will be hard-pressed to find a new device that works this well. It looks pretty good and feels nice and solid. I would say great device for a child/grandparent/anyone who needs a personal device that isn't going to be gaming or designing on it. If your laptop needs are limited to streaming and email - this is going to be able to deliver most of what a much more expensive laptop will for you. Can be a bit slow when opening a new tab in browser or switching back and forth between apps, so I would not recommend for anyone who intends to have a lot of tabs open or multiple apps at the same time.My one complaint would be the trackpad. I gave my parents a chromebook a while back (Chromebooks can only use Chrome, but work well and with office online, my parents don't need much else). It was less than this PC and the trackpad on it is delightful to use. I purchased a mouse to use with this laptop, but as I won't always be able to use one, tried out the trackpad - it's terrible. Slow, lags, does not feel smooth at all. I'd only use it if I were in a place where there was no other choice.Overall, great, especially at this price point. Gamers, designers, etc probably won't be able to make much use of it, but they would know that.

I'd like to say it's great..but it's not
Looks great, feels light weight and sturdy....however trying to use it with the awful TouchPad was nearly impossible. I even went in and attempted took forever because of the jumpy curser to adjust the settings it did little to improve the problem. I have purchased an external mouse. Fingers crossed that fixes the issue. I'll keep you updated on the actual laptop performance once I can use it. :(Update still awful. Slow, lags, freezes up. Half the time it won't connect to the wifi. I have other laptops in the house that have zero issues this is an awful laptop and I do not use it for anything but looking up info or attempting to use word to write and print yet itvtakes hours to get the simplest of tasks done due to the lag and freezing. Ugh never will I buy again or even suggest someone else buy.

Laptop reliability
I purchased this laptop November 27, 2023. As of January 2024 the laptop no longer powers up it slow when it was working. Good thing I had got the insurance on it to see if it can be repaired. I could’ve bought a higher quality name brand laptop for the same price.

This laptop is a piece of garbage.
It was nice when I first got it. However the touchpad is awful you have to get a mouse for it there is no other way around it. I had not even had it 3 months not even a full 90 days and it would no longer hold a charge or charge up for that matter. When I tried to get assistance in fixing it the sellers were not helpful at all. They wanted me to take it to a repair shop and pay for the repairs and they "might" refund me the money. When I told them I could not afford to pay for repairs they said that I would have to incur the cost to return it to them. So I contacted Amazon and I returned it through Amazon. Do not buy this computer it's not worth the trouble.
