I returned mine. It was waaaaaaay to big for me. I didn’t even get the full refund even though I returned it the next day . It was HUGE. I am a “M” size , maybe a “L” size. This one wasn’t “M” or “L” . Sorry to if my answer don’t help you

Q: i'm a size 12 close to a 10 do I order a large or med? Size chart is a bit confusing.

Medium. The large is a 14-16 & pretty BIG.

Q: I am not sure what size to order. All my measurements don’t match up to one size

I wasn’t sure too. I returned it the very next day. It was waaaaaaaay to big. I didn’t even get the full refund . Not nice on their end.

For me it was small perfect size I’m 5”2 120 pounds and it fit perfectly I wore a little white Cami under the top because I wore to Disneyland And it did not feel snug at all I love it so much I actually got it dry cleaned and I’m wearing again for this Halloween
