You take a huge risk trusting sellers to have honesty and integrity. This phone literally had no scratches on screen of back. No dents on the corners. Just faint scuff marks from a case cover I would imagine. Activated flawlessly.

The S21+ arrived on time. It looks like new and came with clear instructions on how to transfer info from my prior cell. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Garbage!!!!
Phone worked only for a couple days. Don't buy a refurb.! I now do not have an operable phone and will need to reconfigure my old phone... an S8 from 2017 works better than this S21+

Thr charger that was sent does not work for this phone. It takes 7 hrs to charge the phone.
The phone is OK. I was expecting more. I did not approve of the charger that was sent. And I paid 300.00 for the phone. I can't send messages with wifi on.

DON'T be scared
When buying a used phone, looks are important. This phone looked brand new. Not a single mark on it. Corners, perfect. Back, clean. Screen, blemish free. Overall better than I expected. Took it to Verizon to have it turned on because it's my first 5G phone, and all went well. Screen is clear and bright. The rest is all Samsung. I'm just one guy, but I couldn't be happier with this Refurbisher, plus it's all backed buy Amazon.
