TASTY
Being from the south I have never heard of yellow syrup. We have always purchase Alaga syrup but never yellow label. That has certainly changed, I will keep yellow label in my pantry at all times LOVE it. The only problem the local groceries do not carry it so I will continue to order from Amazon.

The taste is what I remember as a child
My great grandmother would cook homemade biscuits and fresh churned butter for the kids to enjoy with Alaga Syrup and smoked bacon. The special taste of Alaga Cane Syrup is better than any syrup I've tasted.

this is not sorghum
When my mother was a child, she lived in the state of Georgia, and she and her siblings poured sorghum on their morning pancakes. "Pass the Alaga, please." I ordered this two-pack of Alaga, because I wanted my children to eat the food their grandmother did, at least once. I paid a lot of money for these two bottles of syrup, only to discover that they are both corn syrup, NOT sorghum. What gives? I donated both bottles to the local food bank.
