Disney Elsa Classic Doll with Pendant – Frozen –11 ½ Inches

The doll is great, my daughter loves it. But when unboxing, don’t try to pull her head off the straps, it’ll rip her hair as you pull it.

The box was crushed in shipping. The doll looks okay but it is a gift and it is embarrassing to give a crumpled box. I hope the doll is okay.

The legs and arms and even wrists are bendable, and the price can’t be beat. I like these so much more than the modern Barbie dolls.

The hair is stiff, but workable. Everything else is great for the price.

My daughter got this for her birthday after about 20 mins of trying to cut tabs out of her head without damaging doll. My daughter had already ripped cape on dress trying to undress her. The shoes do not stay on feet. They just fall off making them useless. They should clip into place or be bigger so they form around feet. We left on the rubber bands to keep them on. The body of doll is great and bendable at joints. But this makes it hard to push her arm through her dress. All in all its ok. But if her clothes dont fit and tear up in minutes not a good buy in my book. My daughter was so upset when it ripped.

Purchased this for a wish-list girl - I'm sure she will love it!

The hair line is unusual in this doll at the back of the bed and sides. The dress looks poor quality compared to the Anna doll.I was suspicious if it is a knock off to be honest.
