The media could not be loaded. So first off, this is my first Shilajit. I'm a young guy who does various exercises, combat & cardio. Before this, I took another supplement which also consisted of Shilajit but in a tablet. Supposedly, Shilajit in tab form isn't good & works best in resin. So naturally, I wanted to give it a try a resin. The market value of pure shilajit is expensive, a kilo for almost ₹100000 , so when I saw Nirvasa selling in a very reasonable price compared to it's competition, I immediately bought it. Mind you, this is my first time using it. It's been a month today, & I have better sleep, better muscle recovery & more energy & strength, my testosterone is a bit higher as well as libido.Now, this is not pure Shilajit, yes you heard it. It's not. No way they sell pure shilajit in such cheap prices. So if 60-70% pure shilajit gives such results, imagine a purer form. I think it's the elixir of life & especially suited for winters. This 20gm will almost last 45-50 days, I took it with water. And the smell as people exaggerate is not that bad, just natural stuff. Good luck using it. It is nothing short of amazing.I take just over a pea-sized ball in the morning and then another smaller serving in the afternoon. I've been struggling with fatigue. I'm a very active person and eat healthy, but the energy just wasn't there. I'd crash a lot of the time in the afternoon.So I started taking Shilajit, and within a month boom! I experienced an awesome wave of energy and just felt amazing overall.
