Raven's next Adventure is here and it's a doozy!
For the Ante-Fae bone witch, Raven, her experience with a serial killer has left her shaken and as she enjoys her new friendship with Ante-Fae Trinity, she finds herself drawing closer to the edge than ever before. Trinity has his secrets and he threatens Raven’s relationship with Kipa, Lord of the Wolves as well as her friends. When Raven’s recklessness causes issues and even more danger, can she find a way to help her friends and come back to herself as she deals with nightmares’ and memories that threaten everything she holds dear? And will the price be Raven’s life?WITCHING MOON follows up after Sun Broken ended and it is everything I love from this author and more. We get new characters to meet and enjoy, find out how everyone fared after Sun Broken (Wild Hunt book 11) ended and the aftereffects that affect everyone involved. What I love about this author is how much character growth goes into the books as they move along. Each time I pick up one of this author’s books, I am awed by her world building and character development. I love how diverse and unique the world and characters are in the Wild Hunt series. It is filled with life-like characters t hat fairly brim with energy and leap out of the pages while I read the books. I always want to know more about them and how much each has grown within the series books. The author’s worldbuilding is amazing as it seems so massive on scale and yet works perfectly within the series as we find out more about the principal players in the series as well as the surrounding scenery.WITCHING MOON picks up a few months after Raven’s run in with Pandora and her madness. Filled with nightmares, anxiety episodes and more, Raven has tried to move past it but cannot as it impacts every part of her life, From her relationship with Kipa to her friends. I loved how Raven could not walk this one off as much as forget it as well. It was nice to see how Raven dealt with something or someone more powerful than she. It gave me a better sense of who this character is, and I loved how dark she became as she dealt with her memories and terrors. Yasmine Galenorn delivers a darker book in the series but one that works perfectly in my opinion with moving the overreaching story ARC in the Wild Hunt Series and kept me glued to the pages till the very end. I loved every aspect of Raven’s journey to healing from this traumatic event and trying to repair the relationships she damaged by pushing them away during her time of afterwards. The author does a great job in capturing Raven and other’s unease and helplessness as they try to help Raven deal with everything that happened in Sun Broken.WITCHING MOON delivers a wonderful addition to the series and I loved meeting new Ante-Fae to enjoy and I am really loving Raven’s mother as well. She was a hoot to see in action. If you are looking for a wild, unique series that will leave you breathless than grab the first book in the Wild Hunt series, The Silver Stag and get ready to be drawn into a world so amazing, you won’t want to leave it. I can’t wait to see where the author goes in the series and with her beloved characters. I do recommend reading this right from book one as each book capitalizes on the past ones. It will be easier to understand the whole story ARC that is making its way through them. This is an objective review and not an endorsement

This is another gem from Ms. Galenorn!
Every time a book from Yasmine Galenorn pops up on it's release day ( I always preorder!), I hurry to get stuff around the house done so that I can settle in and read to my hearts content. I have never been disappointed, I always end up riding waves of emotion and getting lost in amazing worlds . The characters are so well developed. I have to say that interchange with Raven and Herne? Big tears. I had wanted to know how Victor's girlfriend was, even managed to squeeze that in. So many details to keep track of, blows my mind! Beautifully written.

OMG Loved it and could not put it down
I loved this book. From the moment that I started there was no putting it down and I proceeded to finish it in one sitting. There was no going back to sleep once I got it. It moves along at a great pace, making for an enjoyable read. The characters are amazing and you feel as though you know them and you want to help them. The story grabs you and does not let you g and when you get to the end you need more. This has to be read, no doubt about it.

Fun and Moving
As usual, I loved this book! The whole series has been wonderful and this installment is no different! Ravens struggles with PTSD and regaining her confidence felt so real; I loved seeing her wrestle with her mental health and start to come out the other side. The action was also super fun, the fight had me on the edge of my seat. I can’t wait to see what’s next!I was given an advanced reader copy as a gift from the author without obligation. I am providing an honest review.

Amazing
Another great book in the wild Hunt series, Raven is recovering from Pandora's attack on her and gets into a bind and the members of the Wild Hunt help her out. If course that just scratches the surface as the series is ongoing and deeply entwined. I would recommend reading the series in order and from the beginning.

My heart
This book took me through Ravens trauma. It really brought out her human side. But she grew from it, and became so much more! I am never ever disappointed in the wild hunt series. And Raven has quickly become one of my absolute favorite characters to read. Absolutely worth every star!

A new monster to battle, more of Raven's world.
Raven prepares to fight a new for, her mother, lover and friends at her side. The monster greater than expected. A friend gets badly hurt, but Raven grows in power, and learns more about her parents and her world.

The Best Yet!
This was by far my favorite story about Raven yet, and that is saying ALOT! I was worried how she would handle what happened to her in the previous story in the series but I LOVE how Yasmine handled it. On to book 13!

Witching Moon
I love the characters and love the story lines but, please, please, please, could you (the author) learn to use prepositions? Your grasp of English grammar is reasonable enough, except for the prepositions. What a mish-mash! I have been a voracious reader for my entire life and grew up in an era when English grammar was taught in school every day. As a quick reader, I am already forming the sentences in my head; except what is forming in my head is not what is written on the page and I am forever stumbling over the rotten grammar. I understand that it is a modernism to be going backwards with grammar and that, with language, the lowest common denominator always wins. Hence, we no longer speak English as spoken 100 years ago. I truly love e-readers but it means that many books are published without the benefit of proper editing. Nowadays, 1 in 20 books flows with correct grammar and is a pleasure to read. I don't care how people speak because I'm engaged in listening but when I'm reading, I'm in the private world of my own mind and don't want to be constantly stumbling over someone else's mistakes. To me, these mistakes are akin to a mathematician constantly stating that 2+2=5 and leaving it up to the reader to replace 5 with 4. Some authors are so bad that I simply give up on them, regardless of how good the storyline may be. I am now at that point with this series.
