Q: Does those bed come with mattress?

Q: Piston wasn't working at all & contacted customer service. They sent new pair but again they're not moving. Can anyone suggest what can be the issue?

When I first assembled the bed, it wouldn't lift- I have to admit I used brute force and the pistons released. There is probably a better way to do it but that's what worked for me. The more they have been used the easier the lift has become.

Q: Is the base of the storage area solid ?

No it is fabric, decent quality and doesn't sag, it sits against the floor so won't rip no matter how much is put under there.

Q: Ehat type of matress comes with it?
