Like Cliff Notes for the “Scientifically Impaired”..
I have to say the overall summary of the book “Body Love” was very helpful to me. Just being able to see the big picture was refreshing due to so many details which are in the book itself. Kelly’s knowledge of the human body, and what it takes to sustain it as well as to kick it into weight loss gear, makes perfect sense. My only wish would be that she would have lists of “FFF” foods to choose from to build that perfect combo in order keep my blood sugar at its lowest. Nevertheless, Kelly has a smart, solid diet plan that is much healthier than any fad diet that only leaves you hungry. And the smoothies, btw, taste like dessert they’re so delicious. I recommend both her book and the summary. You’d be crazy not to buy it!!
