These resistance bands are all of same length and of different resistance which is exactly what am looking for, as i ordered some other bands previously which were of same resistance (very high) but different lengths. I think these are durable from the touch and feel, but i liked the resistance and they don’t hurt near their edges while working out and obviously they don’t slip or roll on your legs! Came with a tiny booklet of exercises to do! Overall i am happy though the cost is a bit on the higher side!

Ordered this during lockdown for doing exercises at home.1. The resistance offered by each band is good and upto the mark.2. The fiber n elastic are of good quality.3. Cant be used easily for hand exercises, only for thighs and legs it works efficiently.Total value for money and are better thn latex bands.

The stretch on the heavy is quite effective. I'm a beginner yet the medium and small wasn't that effective for me and also the sizes are almost similar !! keeps slipping off but overall it's alright, you can work it out in your own preferences of resistance. I can't say anything about the durability, just used today.

Light band and medium band have only slight difference. M is looser than expected. Hard is way tighter. Thus the set is off.

It’s a good product only problem is the light and medium don’t have much difference and the heavy one isn’t that strong

This is an amazing set of resistance bands. They are just like in the pictures. They are the same length but different resistances, not like the others that are of different lengths. Very useful for beginners

It is good but it slips a lot and that is very annoying. The product isn’t as promised. Do not buy

It's really nice I used it bought it today was very thick wide too go for it ...I tired to buy from flipkart but it was out of stock its here on Amazon its pretty expensive
