I am using this as a dog cooling mat. I ordered one to see what the quality was like and it is really well made. I filled it to 60% of water. (going to add orbeez to plump it up).My two doggies were pushing each other off the mat so I ordered another one. I like it as it doesn't warm up as quickly as the thin cooling mats for dogs. Also if you stick a flat icebrick underneatch it keeps it cooler for longer too.I know I am using it a different was as advertised, but it's realy good as a dog cooling mat. Too bad it's not bigger but my dogs just stick their front half on it and they seem very content- see photos.

I'm currently suffering the dreaded night sweats and hot flushes and in the current heatwave its been unbearable - fans and air coolers are not doing much and I won't pay for an air conditioning unit I would only use for one or two weeks a year so I started looking for anything else that would help and came across this cushion - I was skeptical but the price point was low enough to try - bought 2 so one could be in the fridge whist using the other. These are great - I put mine in a pillow case and either lie on it or have it behind me as I work and it really helps - they are heavy once filled with water so I haven't completely filled them and it doesn't say whether you can put in the freezer but I haven't as I think you would probably get freezer burns if you did. Lasts a few hours before the water matches the ambient temp but its enough for me to get relief and some sleep.

I find it too cold when filled from cold tap would suggest fill with luke warm water. If filled too full is too hard and uncomfortable.

1. Hard to impossible ,, fill air in it.2. The partition between two air pocket has popped out.3. In some day its gona be flat 1 pillow.

It takes 3 days to arrive after place an order.Product is good, no leakage for the use of 2 days.There is a plastic cork in between water inet and cover to help prevent water leakage.

seriously.. this is a disaaster of a product.... From the date I purchased it, it has been leaking !

Found as long I put a towel over it it was wonderfull .To sit on.Though I wish there was an easier way to get the water in it as I can only use one side of my bodying difficult to doBut once sorted it's good but definitely need to put towel over it or it's to cold like putting your seat I freezer lol
