so works perfectly with existing mach3 turbo razor handle, correct?

Yes, I have been using them for years with the same handle. Actually I prefer the non sensitive refills but it seems the sensitive refills are priced better.

Are these gillette manufactured or oem to work with the mach3?

Counterfeiting is illegal and P&G is fully committed to protecting Gillette fans from counterfeit product by working closely with legitimate retailers to ensure only genuine products can be purchased by our consumers. These blades in this listing are Mach3 Sensitive cartridges and will fit on a Mach3 handle. Give us a call at (800) 445-5388 Monday-Friday if we can help with anything else. - The Gillette Team

Where can I get the plastic blade protector. Tabs break off easily and one does not come with replacement blades?

We're sorry that your plastic blade protectors have been breaking. That's not what we expect with the many quality checks we have in place. While we don't have those available for purchase separately, we'd love to learn more about your experience. We can be reached at 800-445-5388. - The Gillette Team
