We have been taking these capsules for 3wks, anything that can help the immune system and be a good antioxidant and help with colestral cant be bad. I must say that they are easy too swallow there's definitely no side affects !! I've been feeling great lately so 🤷who knows ??? Think we will have to take them for a little longer to b able to say they do all that they are said to do but I'm giving them the thumbs up😃👍
