Q: I see a "record" botton but i can not use it? i did insert sd and usb card but it doesn'n work. is my system broken?

I'm not 100% certain - but I'm pretty sure that "record" button is NOT used to record anything onto the SD or USB cards you inserted. I THINK that button is used if you want the signal to go OUT of the PA speaker at a low, line-level output, INTO a piece of equipment that CAN "record" your words / music, etc. You'd have to have a recorder of some type attached TO the PA speaker I believe.

Q: Where can i get a replacement battery ?

I took my battery out and entered the part number in Amazon and bought mine.. I don't remember the number but I think it was about $30.
