Q: What kind of screws would be used to attach this to the shed?

I didn't "attach" mine. I drilled 7/16 holes in the shed floor and use 3 inch,stainless steel bolts to hold the ramps in place. When done, I remove the ramps send out the bolts back in the holes so I can find them the next time. Worked out well.

Q: Will these work for a motorcycle?

Each pc. is 12” wide, and 3’ long. Definitely strong enough for my riding mower.

Q: How much of a rise are these good for? My shed floor is about 8 inches above the ground

It depends on the length of the ramps. Mine are 3 feet long and my shed floor is about 6 inches above the ground and they work great. I hope that helps.
