These were very reasonably priced and are super cute and the bright colors really bring a pop of color to the front of our screened in porch. I didn't have a rail, but was able to hang them between the porch board. We live in florida with a very sandy yard, so I filled them with sand and artificial flowers, as I have a hard time with keeping real flowers alive. I think the look great and am really glad for the purchase.
