My second blanket... These are worth every single penny... I've encouraged everyone I know to try these! Please read my review below!I looked at the reviews and decided to try for myself, and wow, I'm super happy I did!! I have severe menopausal hot flushes, they stop me sleeping, I have them through the day too.. But sleep deprivation is the worst. I'm unable to take medication so I was desperate for something else. The first night I tried this, it seemed cool.. But I thought that was it.. Then a hot flush started... I put the blanket over me and waited... Sure enough, I felt a bit cooler, the flush subsided and then I was actually cold.. In fact, through the night I started shivering!!! So it was a bit of a game trying to get the balance right of my own duvet and just the blanket lolThe next night, I knew what to expect.. So I partly covered myself with my duvet but used the blanket totally.... Again, it kept me cool, or actually cold!!Now it's been a few nights and this is working beyond my expectation... I am sleeping, finally!! My flushes seem to be slowing too.. Now I'm not claiming the blanket does that, but I'm less stressed at night now because I know I can deal with the flushes.. So that in turn stops the stress /flushes happening so much. I am so happy. When the real heat kicks in during any summer heatwaves.. I am prepared.. And that is a wonderful feeling. So if you are a woman suffering with those damn flushes, please don't hesitate...get this and change your ability to sleep 👍

I have fibromyalgia and struggle especially in hot weather to sleep at night but I can't sleep without something over me. The blanket was delivered yesterday and I tried it last night, the temperature outside throughout the night was 13 degrees Celsius so it definitely wasn't a cool night. The blanket was very light on my skin and I had no hot sweats or sticking my leg out to cool down episodes either which is my usual thing. It kept me relatively cool throughout the night which helped me sleep right through! I'm going to continue using this product throughout the expected heatwave and hope that it continues to help me. I do recommend this product to anyone who struggles sleeping in warm weather just be aware that the cooling side is the smooth side and it will slip down when you turn over due to the nature of the fabric!

I decided to order this due to the terrible heat and humidity we are getting year on year. The striped side is the side to have against your body and it's like satin feeling, very cool and lovely if too hot. The fuzzy side is the bamboo side and should be facing outwards, though if I'm a bit cold I turn it over and use that side. Haven't had a real hot day to test it but it definitely is a welcome relief against hot skin and I imagine would be wonderful during hot flushes

I've used this for a year and it works. A few things: The bad/ stupid the description for the item seems to have changed and now includes 'jade particles' I really think this is stupid and it may as well wave it's hands and say 'magic'. The bits that need explaining, you can wash this but I highly recommend doing this when you know it will be a bit cooler, because whatever makes it work stops when it's washed but after a few days it's back to how it works. Another explaining bit plus a positive, I don't know why but it works, it is definitely cool to the touch. The explaining bit is that where it touches your skin it will warm up, but where it doesn't touch your skin it remains cool so during the night if you are a bit of a shuffler your good because it's always moving to the cooler bit. The last point means that if share a bed I would highly recommend getting 1 each.

We had a couple weeks of very hot weather and I bought this on a whim, but it actually felt very nice when going to sleep. Used alongside a fan I was kept very cool. I'll definitely use it whenever the nights get hot again.

Lightweight and comfy blanket bought the biggest size and is around the size of a double. Has worked well in the hit weather if you still need something over you whilst you sleep this blanket is great at still keeping you cool

The texture is so thin on the cooler side and I am so disappointed in the quality. I found quite a big snag at the edge of the cool blanket. Also the colour is a bit lighter that is different to what I expect.

We have a summer cottage we travel to and we do not have AC. On the few weeks where we need it, this has been great! It is very soothing to sleep with and it does feel cool. After the night is over, it has sort of absorbed all your body heat, but it is helpful as you fall asleep. It does seem smaller than you think it will be, so more of a throw than an entire blanket but it measures as advertised.

This arrives in a nice small box. We knew it would not work. But we had to try. It is amazing! We put the silky side down next to our skin and put a sheet over the top. This is the way we sleep. The blanket feels so good and adjusts to our body temperature all night long. It really works like it says and we are shocked. It is just big enough for our queen bed but you would not want it bigger. We love our beautiful yellow cooling blanket. So much so that I bought one for my daughter and she loves it, too. Who would have ever thought??

I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews I read, but I'm so glad that I bought the blanket anyway! I ordered the larger version, which was 79x86in, and it fits perfectly on my king size bed. It's lightweight, cozy and a great value for the money. I get really hot when I sleep so I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up in the morning and realized that I hadn't woken up through the night sweating and kicking off the blankets. I might even buy a second one to keep on the couch for those cozy movie nights.
