Good product excellent price same of the pictures but the vase stability can be better if can be make of metal instead plastic.

It was very easy to install
I purchased this adjustable boat seat for my grandfathers boat that my father and I had rebuilt. This seat fit perfectly on the platform that we built on the front of the boat. It was very easy to install. After you mark the spot where you want the seat to sit, you drill your 4 holes, and depending on how deep of a hole you have depends on the length of the bolts you would need. We only needed it to go down about 1 3/4 inches for it to be snugged down securely. Then at the top where the actual boat seat sits has 4 wide wholes that fit to a wide variety of foam boat seats. You unscrew the screws already in the boat seat and place the seat on top and screw it down from underneath. The adjustable seat performed very well as I took it out on the water the first night it was installed. The adjuster went up and down smoothly without any resistance and locked in place whenever you let off the lever. I weigh only 160 lbs but with both myself and my fiance on it, it did not move without touching the lever. Plastic base allows Flexing
It is okay for a quick temporary fix, but not permanent. The plastic base allows to much flexing. Poor quality.

Easy to add a different location for seat pedestal
It is easy to adjust for the height of seat I needed. The one that originally came with my Skeeter Starfire was too far forward for comfortably use with my new Garmin EchoMap 94 USD fish finder. I now have the extra room needed. I haven't had it on the water since it was installed and will amend this report if needed.

Sleeve to mount makes it wobbly
The thing I don’t like about this product is it wobbly. The sleeve isn’t a good fit and doesn’t lock down. So there is wiggle when you move around. The rest of it work well. I’m thinking of returning it since it not a solid setup.

Catastrophique
Le produit n'est pas robuste. La base du haut dans laquelle tu met la chaise tu peux même pas la vidéo. En plus si le bras qui est en gaz monte vers le haut impossible que tu peux la descendre. Donc la chaise ne monte pas et descendre comme il a indiqué dans la description. Finalement et la catastrophe, si tu veux retourner l'article tu dois payer les frais de retours qui m'en coûter 25 dollars
