Q: I notice one of the dolls in a review has no hair, does it come with a wig or ball head?

Costumes (dresses) only, no wigs. Dolls sold separately. You can certainly shave your doll's head but its not advised. You can order a bald AG doll.

Q: do the Elsa and Anna princess costumes come individually boxed or are they boxed as one or not boxed at all?

I bought a few years back..they arrived together individually wrapped in plastic.

Q: Would these fit a bitty baby?

Not sure how big the bitty babies are....they fit the Our Generation dolls sold at Target perfectly. Find out the length of the bitty babies if 18 inches it should work. For what it’s it’s been a few years and my girls are still playing with these costumes. Well made.
