I’m starting my second bottle of this kava. I mix one dropper full with cherry juice 30 minutes before bed. I am out like a light within that amount of time. Sometimes I will use it if I need to just relax during the day. No side effects for me, very calming. Doesn’t make me sleepy if I’m not ready for sleep. I was using Sprouts brand kava but I like this one even better. This one has a much sweeter taste mixes much better with the cherry juice. If you’re familiar with kava and are looking to try a brand on Amazon, I would recommend this one.

I was very skeptical on this as many kava I have tried left you with a hangover feel. This however does not and I think works great. I take it durning the day as I work a very stressful job and it actually has help keep my anxiety in check.

Love this stuff. It has been one of my go to supplements during my spiritual journey of sobriety. When I am out to dinner or at parties and not drinking alcohol, this is one of the main ones I reach for to stay calm and steady.

Not as strong as I was hoping it would be. Tastes like honey, not bad. Does help me relax, but not really what I was looking for personally. I would buy regular kava root powder and prepare it myself next time. For the sale it was on, it was worth the money. I think it's a good product for people who are new to kava and wanting to see what it's all about. Easy to use. Not for me, but not a bad product.

Zero stars. I drink kava regularly. Don’t waste your money. Absolutely no affect from this product. I feel dumb buying it. The only way someone feels something from this is a placebo effect.

I bought this to go in my coffee at work, which was perfect and didn’t ruin the taste at all. The stopper has the 1ml marker on the glass so you can measure your dosage out. I personally didn’t notice any strong health effects but it is different for everyone. I did notice it amplified my pain relief when paired with one ibuprofen, stronger than just the pill. I do plan to keep buying this one, it has a good oil texture and amount for the money.

Tried others, this brand works better for relaxing and better sleep.
