Good Quality
Good quality broom for the price. Arrived ahead of 'expected' date. The only slight niggle is that the attachment on the broom head and the handle screw-in part is plastic but they all seem to be these days. Plastic tends to go brittle and snap, especially on outdoor brooms.

Newman and Cole broom broke after one week
This could have been a decent broom, but it is let down by a brittle plastic part connecting the handle to the head of the broom. Broom arrived on November 26th and broke on December 3rd.Some gentle sweeping of leaves on the path was all it took to snap the brittle plastic. It might be affected by the low temperature which is about zero degrees this morning. I have given this a one star score for sturdiness, which is self-evident.Also one star for value for money as it only lasted a week. I purchased Newman and Cole as opposed to cheaper options because I wanted a broom to last. Overall, this could have been a good quality broom, the head and handle are good quality, but no good when they are connected by a fragile, cheap bit of plastic.

Keeps breaking after short use
Very good quality, but what fells it is the plastic part as it keeps breaking and now on my secound one and it's happened again.

overtightened the handle
The broom is of good quality but upon receipt I tightened the handle hand tight and heard a click. 10 mins later the plastic snapped and the handle fell out. I was sent a replacement handle and attachment which was dealt with quickly and I made sure I didn't over tighten this time. I'm the proof that sometimes you need an idiots guide to connecting it.

Good sized sturdy brush, very easy to assemble. Excellent personal service from the company.

Not worth it
Looks like a decent brush. Snapped at the brush head the first 5 minutes using it. Put extra screws in and snapped again. Needs a better handle it's too flimsy. Would not recommend at all!
