I was extremely disappointed when this book arrived today. In the first place, the cover and pages look cheap, as though it were a print-upon-demand publication. The contents of the book are poorly organized, and badly edited. The forty phrases that the editor picked out, have appeared numerous times in Dr. Peale's other books. Save the $8.95, and buy one of Dr. Peale's other books, from a known publisher. On the positive side, Amazon did issue me a full refund.

This book is awesome and life changing, along with his book 'The power of positive thinking'. I have been reading a page each day up until I am finished on my 40th day/page. I have been taking in what I read and writing down on note cards the scriptures that appeal to me. I take those note cards everywhere I go and read them and memorize them throughout the day!
