Do these really work for lefty groomers?

I’m not left handed, so I can’t say for sure, but I often flip the the “wrong way” and the work just fine. So I believe so!

What’s the difference between chunkers and human thinning shears.

Chunkers have fewer teeth so the spacing is wider and more hair is removed. With thinners, you remove say 20-30% of the hair, chunkers take more like 50%.

Can I use these on human hair?

I'm sure you could though I dont see why you'd want to. These are chunkers not thinning shears.
