Men's Equalizer Double Play Sneakers

My husband has been wearing the Skechers Men's Equalizer shoes as house shoes for the past decade. They are one of the few brands that make high-quality size 13 W shoes that not only fit him but also feel comfortable. The memory foam in them is very comfortable, but he did say they have changed over the past year as they replaced his old ones (some of them over 3 years old). They aren't as cushioned, but he is still very happy with them, finding them very comfortable and supportive. As stated above, the size of these shoes is always consistent and hasn't changed in over a decade. They are the same shoes no matter when he buys them, unlike many shoes. They have fairly thick soles, and he loves the fabric's overall breathability. The traction isn't amazing, but they are perfect work-at-home shoes for him, keeping him comfortable no matter what he is doing. They are also very easy to slip on and seem fairly versatile and well-made. The one thing I will say is that it is very hit or miss when it comes to washing. I have found that they can last about 2 or 3 washes, after which the inner sole starts to dissolve. Not a huge deal with how long they last, but he does have to rotate through three or four pairs to make sure they last. Overall, though, he is very happy and considers them a great value for the money.

These are the kind of shoes that quietly become part of your daily routine without much thought. Once on, they feel light and easy on the feet, which makes a noticeable difference during longer days with a lot of walking or standing. The sole has enough grip for regular surfaces, and the overall structure holds up well through typical daily use like errands, casual outings, or light work environments. The all-black look keeps things versatile and low-key, so they blend in easily with almost anything without drawing attention. They’re not meant for heavy workouts or intense activity, but for everyday wear, they do exactly what you expect. Easy to wear, comfortable throughout the day, and practical in a way that makes them a dependable choice to keep by the door.

Update I’ve worn these quite a bit. I still like them for casual comfort but WOW they get smelly. I’m scared to take these shoes off around people - they trap odors worse than anything I’ve owned recently. I try to always wear socks to help keep them from getting worse. Another issue is that they have no grip on some tile floors. It can be like stepping on ice so be careful. I’m leaving the review as 4 stars cause they are light and comfy and the fit has stayed snug. Original review I bought these on Amazon at a discount so I think they were a good value for the money. I was looking specifically for walking shoes after I walked 5 miles and returned home with sizeable blisters. These breathe fairly well but not anywhere as well as some running shoes I own. Judging shoe sizing is very difficult because all brands differ a bit. I think these size just a tad smaller than they are - I bought a size 10 and I think they fit about like a 9.5. Sketchers seem to have some of the most un-uniform sizing across the brand of any manufacturer I've tried, so they fit really well for sketchers. The claims of a cushy sole is on the mark. These sort of have the feel of standing on a mat. I've worn these quite a bit for day to day use and they don't have great arch support. I hesitate to walk long distances in them due to that, but wearing them for everyday stuff seem fine. I don't feel like I'm wearing a stylish shoe when I'm wearing them - maybe stylish for a senior. For a slip on, they aren't bad though. I'm not a big fan of white bottoms because they show dirt so easily. They have become my daily shoe, so I like them better than it sounds. Mainly I opt for them because they have no strings to tie and they are comfortable for daily errands and such.

One NOTE before I start my review: The size runs really WIDE so don't get the Wide version! Be warned! I have wide feet so I ordered the Wide size, but it was super loose around my feet, even for me! and I had socks on too. Once I exchanged it with the Regular version of the same size, it was fine. Easy to wear: Slips on easy, no more bending down to tie laces or to pull the heel-part of the shoes! Multi-occasion: Works as slip-ons for grabbing your mail, take out the trash, make a run to the store AND it's still stylish enough that you can wear it to a casual restaurant. (Although I wouldn't wear this to a fancy restaurant, but you *might* even get away with doing that too, if you wear dark jeans or slacks.) Comfortable: Probably like the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The memory foam inside feels amazing. Feels great without socks as well. Machine washable: I wear these without socks. I hate having to deal with socks because I run through pairs of socks like it's nobody's business, and sometimes you lose one side, etc. Machine washable means I can sweat in these without worrying, and I can just toss them into the wash when they start to smell. Bottom line: Worth every dime!

After buying a few pairs of Sketchers locally, we felt confident in buying them online. They fit as expected. My husband wears 11D, which is a medium width. This pair is almost, not quite, the exact pair he purchased over a year ago. He got so much use out of those, that he did not hesitate when he saw these available. While we were looking at the Sketcher shoes here on Amazon, he found quite a few from which to choose! Price and color was right on three of them, so he bought three! Now he seems quite happy with himself. He says they all fit quite comfortably, and just what he was looking for. He wore his last pair of Sketchers every day, sliding in and out of them at the back door to take the dog for a walk--several times a day, rain or shine, 110 degrees or 30 degrees. That pair lasted for over a year. We are very happy with this pair. Just a hint: He uses a shoe horn for the first week or two, so that he does not break the back of the heel. After that, the shoe stretches (because these are not leather) enough to slide on the shoe without help. The shoe continues to stretch over time. They do get a bit sloppy after a while, hence these are the perfect shoes for leaving at the door for activities around the house. He resorts to newer pairs to wear out in public. Just another hint: Definitely use the column at the left side of the page to search for exactly what you need--there are so many shoes from which to choose. It's overwhelming and you'll want to give up if you don't limit your search. If there's plenty in your size, you're apt to find a good price.

E' la prima volta che compro delle scarpe on line. Il numero è una mezza misura, esattamente la mia, ed è comodissima. Scarpe molto belle e riposanti. Prezzo in linea con i saldi estivi.

Ich habe mir diese Skechers für den Sommer geholt und ich muss sagen das sie von Anfang an super bequem sind und eine sehr gute Passform haben für Menschen die etwas breitere Füße haben, die Verarbeitung ist Top und sie sehen verdammt gut aus, habe sie jetzt schon eine Weile getragen und war in ihnen viel unterwegs, die Schuhe haben noch immer keine Abnutzung Erscheinungen. Wenn sie verfügbar sind unbedingt zugreifen!
