worked as well as expected
Did a wonderful job at my office. It took the voices in the next office down from being able to join in on the conversation to barely noticeable. I used command strips instead of the hooks provided as I don't want to be charged for damaging the property. it's held for several weeks now.

Useful but flawed...
It does help to block sound but it has flaws. Pulling the straps to open the door panel took more force than what was seen in their videos. The plastic buckles broke after a few months of use.

Poor instructions left wall damage
Received a window unit and instructions instead of door unit. Following window unit instructions caused damage to doorframe and wall.
