We liked it very much.
I used this to make ham gravy. I melted 3 tablespoons butter and mixed in 3 tablespoons of flour. I cooked the flour for 1 minute to remove the floury taste then added 2 cups boiling hot water that I had mixed with 2 packets of ham flavored concentrate. I cooked it until it thickened before serving it with ham steaks. It gave the meat and potatoes a nice smokey flavor. I will use it again.

This is my old standby. Great for greens, beans and other dishes. Has a nice, smoky flavor, good addition when you don't want to use ham.
