Are these soft? Even after a few washes?

Yes, they are soft. I had the same batch for almost 6 months now. They need to be ironed though. I found that they curl up after they have been washed and dried. I highly recommend ironing them. Seems ridiculous to iron a towel, I know.

Has anyone tried using these as cloth baby wipes? I am wondering If they would work for that purpose.

We use these as our cloth diaper wipes; just wet them with water. Our daughter is 5 months old and never had a diaper rash. I have tried thicker washcloths and they don't clean as well.

Not really.But they are good quality. They do have a little stretch.

Can these be bleached? Are they durable?

If they are just white then yes you should have no problem bleaching them. They work good for just washing your baby
