Product arrived quickly and was well packaged for shipment. I have energy and feel an all around feeling of just normal feeling instead of tiredness. This is a great appetite suppressant. My stomach feels less bloated too. Drop those stubborn, last few pounds...
I got this product to try in exchange for my review, and I'm super happy I did! I was struggling with these extra 5 lbs I gained over the past year, and they just wouldn't budge, even with a better diet and more exercise. After supplementing with Extra Fit Body, I'm already down 2 lbs in 4 days! I couldn't believe it! This is without changing my current diet and activity level. Maybe it's all the water I drink now with the pills (you take 2 pills 30 minutes before a breakfast/dinner with 8 oz of water, I sometimes just took one pill morning and night because I was wary of side effects). I have less cravings for snacks (my biggest problem, which definitely helps with the weight loss!) I feel lighter, less bloated and have more energy, and I haven't had any adverse reactions like jitters or sweating. I'm looking forward to seeing how much more I can lose!
