The planters seem pretty sturdy, but are limited in how large a pot can fit in each, so if a heavy pot fits, I think the fail point would be the hook and whether it is securely screwed into a stud.

Q: whay size tapcons do i need to hang these in my concrete celing??

The hooks that come with the set have threads that look to be about (estimating) 1/8" diameter, and are about 1 inch long. Probably best to order the hangers first and then get the tapcons to be sure.
