Q: If I wear this at work, will my clothes get soaked?

Wet yes, soaked no. It kind of depends on how wet you leave the towel when you use it.

Q: How long do they stay cool?

Like most things in life, it depends. Temperature, humidity and wind can enter in. Also how you wear it. If hiking I always carry water and it is easy to re-wet the towel from your canteen. I tend to wear mine around my neck when moving and sometimes draped over my head when still. The towels are rectangular and go around my neck about 1 1/2 times. Stay cool!
